Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Eternity order, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns, and all domestic returns are free.

Return/Exchange Instructions

To return your item(s), please follow these instructions:

If you have a defective item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us before proceeding with these instructions

  1. In order to request a return, you will need your order number and email address. If you do not have these items, please contact us for assistance. If you created an account with us, you can access your order information by signing in to your account.

  2. Access our return portal using the button below.

  3. Submit your form. Domestic customers will receive a confirmation of your return and a return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping, but your replacement item will be shipped at our expense.

  4. Package your return items carefully along with a copy of the authorization email you received. Return your item using the label provided (domestic orders only). Bonus points if you draw something on the box.

Return Policy

  • We offer the option of a refund or direct exchange for all items returned in original, unworn condition, and in original packaging. Items are considered to be in unworn condition if there are no signs of use, wear, or damage that prevents us from selling it as new. Items received in worn condition, damaged condition, or with missing packaging and labeling will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be automatically returned to you at the shipping address on the original order.

  • We offer a lifetime warranty on all items. If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, it may be returned for a replacement at our expense provided you contact us prior to submitting a return request. Warranties are for the expected life of the item do not cover normal wear and tear.

  • If you are requesting an exchange for a different size (direct exchange), we will automatically send the item you request in your return submission once your returned item is processed.

  • We do not offer refunds on lost, stolen, or missing deliveries, except when order protection is purchased at the time the order is placed. When order protection is purchased, we also offer the option to replace the order for a missing or lost delivery at no charge or issue a store credit up to the full value of the order.

  • Orders without optional protection may be re-shipped at our discretion, provided you contact us within five(5) days to report a missing order. Additional fees may apply.

  • If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will be refunded or billed for any change in price once the return has been processed.

  • Exchange requests without a size request or for a different item will be processed as a store credit.

  • Returns can take up to 5 business days to process once received, so if you have an urgent or special need, please contact us before submitting a return request.

  • Sorry, we do not accept exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale or on any personalized/engraved items. Shipping costs and order protection fees are not refundable.

  • Refunds are not available on any order after 90 days from the date of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information.

 


 

Additional Information

We strongly recommend shipping your returned package with a service that offers tracking as we cannot be responsible for packages that get lost on their way to us. The shipping service you select will provide you instructions on how to track the status of your return package.

Most returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt, but can take up to 10 business days. Refunds are posted to the original payment and generally take an additional 3 - 5 days to appear on your account.

Once Eternity initiates a refund for your return, the credit card/debit card company that issued your card determines the date the refund will post to your account. We have no control over this. For exact posting dates, you must contact your credit card/debit card company directly.

Our return and exchange policies are subject to change at any time. Returns and exchanges are processed based on the current policies at the time a return authorization request is submitted, regardless of our policy at the time an order was placed.
