I’m in love with it and never taking it off except to clean it!

I absolutely love my new collar. I have been looking for a replacement for 17 years and was never satisfied with what I’ve found until now. I’m only taking it off to clean I did my full workout routine today and had no issues. The fit is perfect I got a medium for my 14’ neck. They made finding my size a breeze! Annndddd I didn’t know about the black thin collar until after I placed my order. Originally I got the original collar only in black and when I emailed support Nikki was so quick to response and was able to update my order to the thin black collar. I was worried about paying the difference and she said she would be able to change it back to the original order and get it shipped out that day. I was shocked with that and just genuinely pleased and surprised and I just love the customer service.
When I was in 9th grade I met my high school sweetheart and we wore matching collar similar to tops one except it was rubber and we never took them off. He passed away from an OD when I was in rehab when I was 18 and I still never took it off. When I was 19 it broke and I have never been able to find anything like it until now 17 years later. I wish I could attach a before pic of what I had to show how similar it is what I had before was basically a jelly fme 69 rubber bracelet only in a necklace form.
