We want you to be completely happy with your Eternity order.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 365 days from the date of purchase for a store credit or a full refund. We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns.
We offer the option of a refund, store credit or direct exchange for all items returned in original, unworn condition. Items are considered to be in unworn condition if there are no signs of use or damage that prevents us from selling it as new.
Refunds are not available for orders over 90 days old.
Combination-code items returned locked and without an accompanying combination code are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, it may be returned for a refund or replaced at our expense any time within 365 days of ordering. If this applies to you, please contact us prior to submitting an Return Authorization Request for special instructions and to avoid paying any additional shipping fees.
If you are requesting an exchange for a different size (direct exchange), we will automatically send the item to you once your returned item is processed. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to request a refund or store credit and then purchase the new item at your convenience.
Returns can take up to 10 business days to process, so if you have an urgent or special need, please contact us after you receive your Return Authorization and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Sorry, we do not accept exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale, on any personalized/engraved items, and shipping costs are not refundable (except when we deem the return is a quality issue).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued in order for a return to be processed. Orders returned without an RMA will not be processed, so please do not send back an order without first requesting an RMA. We provide instructions below.
Store credits are automatically issued to the Eternity account and email address used to place the order. Please note, store credits expire 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended or renewed.
Our return and exchange policies are subject to change at any time. Returns and exchanges are processed based on the current policies at the time a return authorization request is submitted, regardless of our policy at the time an order was placed. If you have a concern in regards to your return or exchange, please contact us prior to submitting a Return Authorization Request.
To return your item(s), please follow these instructions:
Access your eternitycollars.com account by selecting Sign In or My Account on the top of the site. Log in with your email address, or username, and password when prompted. If you are already logged-in, you will be taken directly to your accounts page when you select My Account.
Once logged in, select the Order history tab from your customer page. Please select the order with the item(s) you wish to return by clicking on the order number or View order.
Select Create a new return from above the order details to start the process.
Click on the check box to the left of any items you wish to return.
Indicate the reason for your return, plus your return type. Please select "Direct Exchange" if you are only requesting a different size.
Please provide any additional comments. If you are requesting a different size, please indicate the size you want in this field.
Submit your form. You will then receive a confirmation of your return and a return authorization number (RMA) by email.
Package your return items carefully along with a copy of the authorization email you received. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

Please note: Returned items received without a Return Authorization number will not be processed.
We strongly recommend shipping your returned package with a service that offers tracking as we cannot be responsible for packages that get lost on their way to us. The shipping service you select will provide you instructions on how to track the status of your return package.
Most returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt, but can take up to 10 business days. Refunds are posted to the original payment and generally take an additional 3 - 5 days to appear on your account.
Refunds are issued only for returns received within 90 days of ordering and are posted to the original form of payment. Refund requests for orders placed more than 90 days prior to the receipt of the return item will be issued as store credit (except when the product is defective).
Please note: Once Eternity initiates a refund for your return, the credit card/debit card company that issued your card determines the date the refund will post to your account. We have no control over this. For exact posting dates, you must contact your credit card/debit card company directly.

Items that have been worn may still be returned for a partial store credit based on the time time a return request is issued and the item was originally ordered.
