Exchanges-

Not sure which size will fit, or which Eternity Line will look best on you?  No worries...  All Genuine Eternity Collars, Cuffs & Anklets come with our exclusive Eternal Exchange Program!!!

If for ANY reason, you would like to exchange sizes, or would like to try a different style, simply return the item with a completed *Return Authorization Form and we will process and re-ship your exchange within 2 business days from receipt of the original item.  It's that simple.

Please note that exchanges must be made for the same value of purchase from the original order and close-out items do not qualify for this program.

Returns-

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days from date of delivery.  All returns must have a completed *Return Authorization Form included with the item(s) and all items must be returned in unused condition.  Upon inspection of the returned item(s), a credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for the initial order.  Please note that all sales on close-out items are final and no returns or exchanges will be issued.
